Where does it apply?
In central San José, inside the Circunvalación ring (includes San Pedro, Los Yoses, La Sabana, Rohrmoser, Hatillos, Zapote, Calle Blancos and downtown). Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Outside that zone and hours you can drive normally.
